With over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Will's specialties include Multi-Family, Flex/Warehouse Space and Retail. Mr. Ferguson has worked in multiple industries, handling multi-million dollar transactions in the equipment leasing business, fitness/health Industry and as a workforce development professional. He has always brought entrepreneurial insights, integrity, high energy and results to his work. Mr. Ferguson participates in various civic, charitable and business organizations. He supports the American Red Cross, Compassion International and has membership with Anne Arundel Association of Realtors, Annapolis Chamber of Commerce, LeTip of Howard County, B.O.N. Network, Team Network, Maryland Business Brokers Association, IBBA, Property Management/ Rental Groups and Towson University.
