William "Bill" Kommalan

After a 40 year career in banking, international sales and transportation, covering a sales territory from Eastern Pennsylvania to Tobacco Road in North Carolina, Bill decided to become a real estate, specializing in commercial properties and businesses with and without property. For over 17 years, he has assisted buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of hotels, shopping centers, apartment complexes, restaurants and gasoline stations through out the State of Maryland. Bill is also experienced in assisting renters & owners of office and retail space throughout the central Maryland area.
